Comments: We would like to pass on our appreciation  for your advice, help and patience when we were deciding on the purchase of our Ultra 250X and 15F.
We were ectstatic with the final result and really feel that you and your friendly team deserve some credit.

We visited your showroom and were surprised with the amount of time you spent explaining the differences between the crafts, the power, the hull shapes, handling etc., and we were subsequently invited to a demo ride day the next Saturday.

The demo day was well organized and we had plenty of time to experience the differences in the various skis.  This is something we really appreciated, as we never felt any pressure with respect to time on the ski or commitment to buy.  I guess if you have an excellent product, you don’t really have to sell it. 

We feel there is an extremely important aspect to the purchase of a jet ski that quite often is overlooked due to the excitement of the moment, and that is after sales service.  This is something we have now experienced firsthand and can easily say that the boys in the service area are very knowledgeable and experienced but just as important, they are easy to deal with.
For this, we thank you again, and are consistently grateful for the effort that you all go to with respect to this critical issue.

Unfortunately, I think some customers only consider price, and while I agree it is very important, it should not be the only consideration when deciding on how you will be treated over the life of the ski.

I guess the difficulty is for you to demonstrate to prospective clients, what your business really offers as  a whole experience, rather than simply “a ski on a trailer” and out the door which is becoming more common these days.

We certainly recommend you to potential clients and would be willing to share the many examples of great after sales service we have received, if  they wish to confirm what they are really buying when purchasing from Brisbane Jet Skis.
